What is included

What we take into account in Keda
Winter here is real, and the main risk to an empty mountain house is frozen water in the pipes. So winterisation is not done as a formality: the external lines are drained, the equipment is protected and a minimum temperature regime is kept where the house is heated. We reopen the house a few days before you arrive so it has time to warm through and dry out.
The second theme is wood and solid-fuel heating in some of the houses. The chimney and the firebox need an inspection before the season: that is both safety and draught. The third is the plot: a vineyard and a garden in the mountains do not grow over as fast as by the sea, but pruning and leaf clearance before the rains are needed just the same.
How it works
A property record, visits on schedule, utilities from your deposit, a photo report after every visit. By the time you arrive the house is warmed, aired and cleaned.
