What we take into account in Kvariati
The village stands on a steep slope, and the main thing to watch here is not the equipment but the ground. At every visit we look at the retaining structures: the lean, cracks, whether the drainage outlets are working, whether there are traces of water. Movement in a slope starts imperceptibly, and stopping it at an early stage is many times cheaper than rebuilding the yard and the foundation.
The second theme is the seasonal load on the engineering. In summer the property works at full capacity, and in autumn the water heater, the plumbing and the board need checking. We do that straight after the season.
