What we take into account in Chakvi
The village is being built up actively, and empty apartments in the new complexes have their own particularities. The first is commissioning: in the first year after handover the developer’s snags come out, and an owner who visits once a season finds out about them late. We record such findings in the report while the warranty still runs.
The second is the neighbours. Renovations go on constantly in new buildings, and a leak from above into an empty flat is discovered weeks later. A regular visit solves that: the sooner it is found, the less work is needed and the easier the conversation with whoever caused it.
How it works
A property record, visits on schedule, payments from your deposit or against your bills, a photo report after every visit. By the time you arrive the flat is aired, switched on and cleaned.
Price
A retainer based on the property and the frequency of visits. We give a range by phone and the exact figure after the inspection.
