What is included
Servicing of the engineering: water heater, water, electrics, pump; clearing the gutters of pine needles and checking the drainage on the plot; care of the grounds; winterisation for the off season and reopening; an emergency call-out.
What we take into account in Grigoleti
Sandy ground, a high water table and pines all around. That means water standing on the plot after heavy rain if the drainage is not working, and gutters blocked with needles by autumn. Both are in our schedule rather than waiting for a request from an owner who visits once a season.
The second theme is the winter vacancy. A house closed for eight months at high humidity meets its owner in spring with a smell and a bloom in the corners. So the visits continue through the off season: airing, damp control, checks for leaks.

A property record, visits on schedule, utilities from your deposit, a photo report after every visit. By the season or by your arrival the house is switched on, aired and cleaned.
