We look after apartments and houses in Tbilisi: scheduled inspections, servicing of the engineering, payment of utilities, dealings with the management company and preparation for your arrival. We work with a local team under our own supervision.
What is included

What we take into account in Tbilisi
A city flat in a multi-storey building is above all about relations with the neighbours and the management company. A leak in an empty flat means repairs to several properties and a dispute, so the hoses and taps are checked at every visit, and we recommend fitting leak sensors with automatic shut-off straight away.
The second theme is the climate. Here the winter is dry and heated and the summer is hot, rather than coastal damp. That changes the list of tasks: less fighting with damp, more attention to the equipment, the air conditioners and the drying out of timber elements.
How it works
A property record, visits on schedule, utilities from your deposit or against your bills, a photo report after every visit. By the time you arrive the flat is aired, switched on and cleaned.
