Water comes before finishing
The village stretches along the sea and the railway, with housing climbing the slope above. Hardware with anti-corrosion coating, extraction with a humidity sensor, fresh air intake, and waterproofing in every wet zone. Without airflow the wardrobes start to smell by the first spring, and that is a ventilation decision made during the renovation rather than a cleaning problem afterwards.
