What we find in Ozurgeti

The first is engineering in older stock: aluminium wiring, cast iron risers, cable cross-sections not sized for a modern load. The second is damp: in houses without proper plinth waterproofing a moisture meter shows it at once, while owners usually put it down to poor airing. The third is unauthorised building in the private sector: extensions and added floors without registration. We compare the actual building with the registry extract and state in the report exactly what would need to be legalised.

If another crew is doing the renovation, we come at the key stages before concealed work is closed up and report with photographs after every visit.
Timing and price
An apartment takes two to three hours, a house with its plot longer. The report follows within a day. The inspection is priced by floor area, supervision by the number of visits. We give the figure by phone.
Inspection before purchase
This is the most common request in town. A report with photographs and instrument readings is a clear argument in negotiation and protection against buying a property that will need as much again spent on it.
